this was compiled for a friend's blog - but (typical me) didn't fit the brief. So.... here it is instead (and covering some familiar ground i'm afraid) seven days in the week of wytch.

Once upon a time g000000gle translate provided me with new word in rare alcemical materials - "Voodoo Mythril". Correct translation, as far as I know, "enchanted". But, anyway, just imagining large-breasted almost naked female hungan with ritual blade in steaming hot forge made my day.

And somehow that's works both ways - as you like classic soviet movies, I like classic british movies. Recent Terry Prattchett ecranisations, for example.
They all are just similar in some kind of "positive fairy-tail" -ness to each other. "Good old Movies" (regardless of year of production) are an actual international thingy, I guess.

I'm only familiar with Gina Bellman through the U.S. show Leverage. She's very good in it!
