Nice chapter. Not much seemed to really happen, but you had good dialogue in there (liked Marco, he seems really cool), and moved the plot along nicely with the arrival of Esme, and the message from Sam.

Thanks for your comment. I'm not entirely how Marco snuck into the fic, he just decided Dean needed a friend and he was taking on the role though sadly he doesn't get much of a part!

Hee hee, thanks for the icon!love. I don't really make many, but that is one of mine that I'm quite proud of!

Also noticed the friending of me, so thank you so much - I don't really post fic like you (I read mostly, and don't have many plot bunnies for writing). It's so great that a TV show can bring people together like it does!

Off to read the storm now, though I'm nearly asleep on my face, due to am-dram play that I did sound for tonight, and pub afterwards. If I don't comment immediately, I will do eventually - promise!

Great chapter! Neat little twist about Sam and the missing hunters. I'm trying to figure out how you're going to wrap all this up in one chapter, but I just can't see it. Should be interesting to find out, though :-).

The Sam power twist came when I was trying to figure out how Sam's power made him a target for the demon and I just figured... if you've got a guy who can see how people close to him die on your side, you are practically invincible... Who couldn't prevent their death with advance warning?
