After Kristin bought me the first book in the series, I caved and started reading Twilight. Only the final in the series to go.

It's not that bad....but I will admit it's bad.

Me too! I finally picked up the first book for myself just to see what the fuss was all about. And I'm simply not that interested in it.

I've missed you. How's life, research, school, boy, etc.?

It's entertaining, but definitely not "good" in that "writing I can respect" sort of way. I think what makes it so bizarre is the very fact that SO MANY PEOPLE LOVE IT SO MUCH. I find the mystery of their appeal much more fascinating than the books themselves, can you tell?
