It's all about the shit that Ryn goes through in FFV, and the way that (in her later life) she partly blames the Jedi for what happened to Anakin. Friends and acquaintances … well, there's Anakin, and Obi-Wan, and Ferus, but remember that she was essentially a prisoner for a lot of the years she was living there. More will be revealed in the sequel to Warlord, which does not yet have a title.
