I sign papers on next Thursday for the house (it was Wednsday but it had to be rescheduled). I'll be cleaning the garage and solarium Thursday night. Finn gets a house to grow up in and inherit.

Linda gets a room all of her own.

I get a room, with a door and bed.

Also, I'll have space to try brewing.

I shelled out $2400 today for my deposits on my home offer and a home inspection. Then I called a local bank to see if they could offer better terms than what I had been offered. 15 minutes later I hate a loan for a higher rate, but almost the same money out per month, and more money saved up front. I've an offer submitted on a house. It will afford enough space to spread out a bit, has a good sized yard and river access. I'll also be able to have family visit and stay rather than me burning vacation (which never is) to see them.http://www.
