Always good to read a post from you and I completely get just not being physically capable of doing all sorts of things, including being social and struggling between differentiating between depression related desire to rest and sleep and actual physical need to rest and sleep. I know that you have people in your life that care about you deeply and understand that you are doing everything you can and that you need to take care of yourself. Speaking for myself, I am incredibly impressed by and proud of your committment to your health and to self-care and wish you the best with your upcoming appointments. Hopefully they can give you a diagnosis and come up with a successful treatment plan.
