wow. what a fucking weird but awesome weekend. i had a great time. spent too much money and paid for it all day saturday and all day sunday.

i have had some great conversations, met some cool new people and caught up with old friends.

yeah man i too am pretty sure that the polka-dot girls were just singing to a backing track.

the evidence:

*they weren't pushing buttons on their props at the right times to coincide with anything that was coming out the speakers.
*the girl holding the black silkie krusher guitar never actually played it i don't think.
*i saw petro up the back cueing up backing tracks for them.

electric limosine and silkie both had SOME backing tape/laptop stuff (i think) but they rocked out a stack of live gear with it so i can dig it.

yeah the polka dot girls sucked. ask jess what i yelled out when it all went quiet in between the "end of their set" and their "encore".

Felix said he was out one night and bumped into the "guitarist" who was boasting that they didnt play thier instruments. he is/was appaled.

sorry bout the helmets dude. that guy ryan is very new (could you tell) and totally messed it all up. i thought you had them till i found out today. we are air freighting them in from over east. if he did order them today (and im pretty sure he did) they will be here tomorrow.

beau is pretty cool. his scooter is an absolute demon. you can do wheel stands on it. imagine that!
