It's been a looooooooooooooong time since I checked lj and an even looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooonger time since I posted. I think that might change now. I'm working as a guest rep (read front desk) at two different hotels now, and am going to be spending a lot of time sitting at a computer that blocks a lot of things (but not lj) with

Yeah I'm living in Ravenna again with the BiL. The original plan was to find an apartment around nowish, but the more we think about it the more it makes sense to wait until I know if/where I have a teaching job. Especially because you get charged an arm and a leg for short term leases. I'm working in Youngstown and Canton.

Wow, those are some seriously long commutes! How did that happen?

There were no jobs for me at the Streetsboro hotel, but the company owns Hamptons in both Youngstown and Canton, both which needed part time people right now...soooo they hired me to both for me to get 5 days a week. Not the most ideal, but it pays bills.
