OCSO accident

Happened yesterday at the corner of Regions Way and Highway 98 in Destin, across from the Destin Commons. Okaloosa County Sheriff's deputy either pulled out in front of a moving vehicle with lights and siren on, or said vehicle did not stop for the ocso cruiser
