Racing on Highway 98, between Pensacola and Sandestin is a bad idea. There's just no place sane to do it; they patrol the hell out of that road. Plus it's mostly highly populated, and traffic is bad.

Turns out this goes for east of Sandestin, too, in the wide-open, unpopulated areas.

Turns out, there is a heavy street racing...population...? here in Columbus. Which explains the jackasses I see on the way home from wherever at 2AM.

well, we were attempting some measure of sanity. long, open, empty road, late at night, nothin' going on, no other cars.

98 is most definitely the WORST place to race. I know they've 4-laned it past Sandestin now, but that shit is dumb. I would say race between The Zoo/Flea Market towards the west, because that is the straigtest road I've ever seen, but the likelihood of being spotted by a cop is extremely high.

Yeah; patrols get worse as you go west. I've found other places, though.
