After nearly a week of living in Urbana, I can say that I enjoy it so far. I dont think that it has really set in that I will be here for the next 8 months. Band has kept me VERY busy. 10-12 hours a day of marching, playing, and fundamentals! It is pretty much a cream dream. Reset Sleep

The purpose of this lab is to reset Michael Stein's sleep cycle.

1. Wake up day 1 usual time (2-3pm)
   
2. Stay up all night
3. Stay up all day
4. Fall asleep around 9 or 10pm on day 2
5. Wake up refreshed around 9am on day 3
