Since I just finished going through the PDF proof for NUMB6R OF TH6 B6AST, here's a snippet:

“I can still e-mail you, I suppose.” I was rather proud of my quick thinking, but I was soon shot down.

“No computers.”

“Are you serious?”

“Well, none for the purpose of socializing.”

“What about the Internet? How do you survive without it?” I couldn’t remember life without e-mail, message boards, and chat rooms, let alone having to live without them. I’m a very modern girl. What can I say? Technology speaks to me…or at least, it steals a chunk of my life away.

I decided to just dive into the next section and leave a little mystery about who pairs up with whom. That way, the reader doesn't know who's in danger of getting murdered in the face by the traitor :D ( ... )

I'm finding it's easier to copy doodles from my jury notes into my sketchbook than to find a spare moment to scrawl notes for stories. So...probably expect more art next week.
