A quick run-down of the last several days.  Other then when at work, I got to have 3stitches with me the whole time  :-)

Friday:  Worked. Went to Reiki. Ate at Common Roots (yummy).

The second round of highway clean-up in Anoka is set for Saturday June 7th. The last one, that I missed because it was Mother's Day weekend, was rained out halfway through, even though they went through the 50-60 bags provided.  There's still a 2 mile stretch to do. Despite ignoring it, the drama hasn't stopped.  I will continue to ignore it.  However, I just got an e-mail from someone who also sent it to the drama queen, so now she's got my personal e-mail address (not just the myspace one).   I hope this doesn't prompt anything.

Earthquakes seem to be the theme for the week.  There was a bit of drama, which flared up with what I considered the main earthquake and some aftershocks.  I was thinking aloud to my little sister what the drama would rate on a drama-meter, much like a richter scale.  After taking a step back, it's not that big of a deal and doesn't rate too high ( Read more... )

A survey released yesterday found that 36.1 percent of commercial US bees have died off since last year.   That's more than 1 in 3 hives.  Very scary.
