I hope you can't not eat dairy, that would suck! I'm technically lactose intolerant, but not too badly, so I still eat it most of the time.

Hope you feel better soon!

I *think* I can eat a bit of dairy but I think large quanities like a large class of milk is out of the question. I'm just nervous about it, because I do not want stomach aches!

Being lactose intolerant blows :( I still eat dairy every now and then, but end up paying for it (sometimes it's worth the stomach ache though *lol*) I have issues cutting it out of my diet, it all seems a bit impossible!

There's also rice milk, which tastes like nothing but smells like...rice...if you ever want to try something else. I personally don't like soy, unless it's in chocolate ice cream form :P

♥ hopefully it's only a temporary thing!

Also I'm glad the pills are doing what they're meant to, fingers crossed you get to stop taking them sooner rather than later!

Thanks lovely! I think I will be okay as long as I don't eat large amounts of dairy like my large bowl of cereal and milk. I'm just a little nervous at the moment, because stomach aches are not fun!

See, I love milk. A large glass of ice cold milk! YUM! But I can live without it, if I know the pain that will result from drinking it!

We have been living on almond milk. We've actually completely stopped eating dairy on this end. It's actually surprisingly easy to do. Especially if you like Asian food.

I hope the tummy pains go away. That sounds horrific.

However, woo-hoo on your doctors visit! Hence the icon.

I know I read your post, it probably wouldn't hurt me to cut back on the diary I eat anyway. I always have the best intentions to eating healthier, maybe this will help force cutting a few bad things out and increasing the better things!

Thanks lovely, I love that icon! =D

Do you have a Whole Foods or Trader Joe's near you? You can get dairy free ice cream which is pretty good. I prefer the coconut milk stuff. Ditto with the dairy free yogurt. You can also get creamer made out of cashews - which sounds weird - but it tastes a lot like half & half once you add it to coffee, if you drink coffee with half & half in it. I have become a wealth of dairy free knowledge. If you need any ideas, just let me know.

Also, the dairy sludge thing... that was enough to make me totally done with it. Ha.

I'm sorry you've been having to deal with stomach pain on top of everything else. I hope it has nothing to do with you being lactose intolerant and will go away once you stop the pills!

*BIG HUGS*

Thanks lovely, I am hoping it goes away. I like my milk and ice cream. Although I will leave it if it makes my stomach hurt. Stomach aches suck!
