T___T Oh man, I knew you weren't going to be too happy with 338. My thoughts on the chapter? Laaaaame. Looks to me, like Kishimoto pulled stuff out of his ass. I refuse to believe Hidan is, ya know, until the next few chapters. I'm going to lose faith in the Akatsuki if this keeps up (COME ON they're supposed to be strong. I really love Hidan, I don't need another Sasori case). I really want to rant on this, but I'll just say: whatthefuckEVER.
Er, Bleach is sorta annoying me at the moment, but I still gots some catching up to do.
HIDAN WILL LIVE. AND KAKUZU WILL STILL BE THE SNARKY GRUMP THAT HE IS. I BELIEVE.;__;
Man, I didn't really blog about my opinion regarding Sasori, but I was so angry when that happened. It's like he was just used to showcase Sakura's powers. He's got a hundred freaking puppets and he gets beaten just like that. It angers me that Kishimoto just uses these guys to showcase good guy powers. These are really good characters with really badass powers and they go out in the lamest ways possible. A waste, I say! A waste! Damn, I hope Sir Leader comes down and seriously kick some Konoha ass. It's getting kinda boring in the Naruto world lately. Good guys lose too, you know.
Actually, the other chapters bored me, but with Ishida and Daddy Ryuuken back, I'm optimistic it's all badassery from now on. DADDY!
Oh god, don't even get me started on Sasori. I agree with you. It boggles my mind how people can think he is so weak, just because he died first. Sasori hella impressed me during his fight, and in all honesty, I think he's one of the stronger and more experienced members of Akatsuki. Chiyo and Sakura were just the perfect duo to fight him because they could counter his attacks. Hell, Chiyo was the one who taught Sasori all he knew! You're right, though. Most of the time, the bad guys get defeated to show off the powers of the heroes. And that's exactly what happened with Sakura. Okay, she's grown up, she's got skills now. Good for her. But man, it was slap in the face to Sasori and the Akatsuki (and to me, as a huge fan). Sasori put up a helluva fight though. I don't think Sakura would've lasted if she didn't have help from Chiyo. I think it was said that she (Chiyo) has some pretty damn legendary powers. I also think that part of Sasori's defeat was due to his weakened emotional/mental state. I don't think Sasori is as emotionless as

Hmm, you're right about the Sasori thing. Yeah, he was most probably got defeated because of himself and because of Chiyo being there with Sakura.(Though I would've loved it more detailed and complex than the one in the manga) Well, I'm actually happy that Sakura is getting strong and powerful but Kishi's taking the Sannin = Team 7 thing a little too far in my opinion. The power up was just too quick in my opinion. And the whole Naruto Sasuke thing? BORING. All of their motivations are so shallow and illogical, I just wanna kick their asses most of the time.
Hidan as a caricature of religious fanatics everywhere perhaps? Still, I can't believe that Kishimoto would make him look like a complete idiot. I mean, they are strong enough to hunt down Tails, but weak enough to be killed by kids in a one on one? Yes, TOO FAR, Kishi. TOO FAR.
Dude, I could just imagine Kakuzu stitching Hidan piece by piece right now.:D
