May I present our patented pizza recipe? It's adapted from one that my family has used since my mom got it in a high school home ec cookbook. XD Tried, tested and true! *Now with added garlic. Also with added cheapness for other people wanting to make the cheapest pizza they can.

We usually put in 2-3 cloves of garlic, because we <3 garlic. Mmmmm...

And heck yes, share the Delgado love! Credit goes to asthenie_vd. I've just started watching Delgado!Master episodes and I'm pretty sure you can't get classier than that. He is so freaking awesome. I CAN'T get over it.

So...how big of a pizza does it make? I'm just trying to determine if I need to double the recipie for, say, 3 to 4 regular cookie sheet-sized pizzas...

Wee-ll, if you make this recipe, it'll make enough to cover a normal, circular pizza pan. I think you might have to triple it to make 3-4 pizzas. You might be able to double it, and then let it rise for a couple of hours, and it could cover 3-4 sheets. You can also put it in the fridge in a ziplock, and it'll STILL rise. :O

Mmmmmmmm.... I'm hungry again now!
