Challenge Twenty Nine: What's that in the distance?
So, you've had a nice little break from us for half a week, mostly to get us back on track. But now it's time to get back to it, with an awesome challenge for this week!
This challenge is a technical one, and it's got to involve the right kind of cap. I want this to focus on the background. You must keep your characters in the frame, but I want the body of the icon to be on the background, whatever it may be. It can be anything from a huge grassy expanse, to the inside of a spaceship, or just a plain background, whatever works for you. We worked on replaced backgrounds a few challenges ago and they're also acceptable, I know clouds are a popular one and they do look great.
Just keep your character(s) somewhere in shot, but focus on the background, location, scenery or such.
As ever, I've provided examples below and I am right here for questions.
Challenge rules
Up to six icons.
You must be a member to participate.
We will focus on stills: no animations.
All entries must meet normal LiveJournal standards - 40KB or less, and 100px x 100px.
All icons must be made for the challenge, and must not be reposted elsewhere until they are released after voting ends.
Entries will be screened until after voting ends.
Any screencap, promotional picture or thereof is allowed.

This round will close Sunday, 15th May, 10pm GMT.
I'm also very happy to say we have three entries so far for the super special header challenge, and I promised I'd warn you when it came close to closing. We're going to put it up for voting next week, so there's still PLENTY of time to get an entry or two in if you still want to, and we absolutely do want you to! So if a sudden burst of header-spiration strikes, you know where to come.
