Thanks Linda. I didn't expect to place this month and I also misread the date as the 6th so I was jumping around like an idiot when I got the email that I had placed. I really felt like this month's story was just dashed off and rushed without it's usual polish. Congrats on another well deserved win.

Thank you.I didn't think my story was one of my best and none of my beta readers liked it, so I had a surprise too. Yours was my first choice vote.I loved the ARagorn and Faramir hc and the ritual.

I so totally stole that from the Vikings. But I thought it was kinda cool considering that Aragorn, Legolas and Gimli commited Boromir's body to the river.
I love to write the brotherly love between Boromir and Faramir. I guess it's because I'm not that close to my brother. And Faramir/Aragorn love (philia not eros) is so fun to write.
