$150 million is just the production budget; TLA also had an estimated $130 advertising budget, and an unknown amount spent on the 3D conversion. So it actually hasn't made back its budget yet, and limping along as it is, the studio's likely to notice that it's not the cash cow they were hoping for.

I think I heard somewhere that it was about $15 million extra for the 3D conversion... but don't quote me on that.

The movie still needs to make back its advertising budget and the money spent converting it to 3D BEFORE it even sees a profit, and honestly considering how its not doing so well in the United States, even it somehow is profitable internationally, it will probably be considered a failure.
