i can't take anyone seriously who refers to having diodes and uses "rolls" instead of "roles."

and for the record, if the score was memorable and moving it's because it was stolen from lord of the rings. completely ill-suited for an asian-themed film.

How can anyone like that piece of shit? TLA failed in every single possible area a movie can fail!

Avatar may have had a weak storyline, but dear GOD, it wasn't NEARLY as bad as TLA, which was just freaking TORTURE to watch. I seriously felt like I was losing IQ points watching it, it was just THAT BAD. I can't even verbalize how horrendous TLA is!

BTW, I'm a huge Eowyn fan, too. :-) Eowyn FTW.

And seriously, I don't know *what's* going on in Shyamalan's head. Sheesh, anyone with half a braincell would know that LOTR's superior to AIRBENDER. (Although considering anything's better than AIRBENDER, that...may or may not be such an accomplishment. :/)

Me: ...Yeah, that doesn't exactly give Airbender a lot of credit.

Specifically, it was 104 minutes (I exaggerated a bit, but if you count in the credits, 14 minutes over an hour and a half isn't much when it's also 16 minutes shy of two hours flat. I'm estimating an hour and a half, max, of actual movie)

By comparison the non-extended cut of James Cameron's Avatar was 162 minutes. The shortest cut of Avatar is two minutes shy of being full hour longer ( ... )
