WARNING: I FEEL THAT THIS PARTICULAR INTERVIEW, THOUGH ONLY 2 MINUTES OR SO IN LENGTH, IS FILLED WITH AT LEAST 70% MORE RAGE-INDUCING WTF-WORTHY SHAMWOW TRADEMARKED NONSENSE. AVOID IF YOU HAVE HEART PROBLEMS OR IF YOU ARE ALREADY HAVING A SHITTY DAY; THIS WILL MAKE NEITHER OF THEM ANY BETTER.

Compare with the action-packed pacing in such "foreign" (i.e., non-U.S.) films as both Zu Warriors movies, Kung Fu Hustle, or Shaolin Soccer. (And I'd have entrusted TLA unquestioningly to the hands of Tsui Hark or Stephen Chow.)

European sensibility? What does that even mean? Since when do film critics only like American films? I realize there can be a culture difference, but good movies cross cultures. You know, assuming there's even "European sensibilities" in his films :/

This one made me lol irl : "I particularly treasured one bad guy's wondrously stilted attempt to express human sympathy: 'Again, I offer my condolences on your nephew burning to death in that terrible accident.'
It's astonishing that Shyamalan was able to get a project of any size into production after The Lady In The Water and The Happening.
Terrifyingly, he is threatening to make two Airbender sequels. Can no one stop him?
Under the circumstances, it's hard to know what more to say, except: 'Paramount, again I offer my condolences on your motion picture burning to death in this terrible accident.'"http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/reviews/article-1302609/The-Last-Airbender-From-The-Sixth-Sense-total- ( ... )
