* Yeah, you definitely showed your amazing less-serious-more-comedic side of Sokka... :|

* Are you SURE they intentionally "made you look less experienced"?! And wasn't there some kind of interview a looooong time ago where Rathbone said something along the lines of "I just need a tan.. and maybe train like a ninja or something"?

* I've never seen Twilight (will probably keep it this way) but... your comparison... *dies*

IIRC, he only said the "get a tan" bit: "I think it's one of those things where I shave the sides of my head and get a tan, and hopefully the audience will suspend disbelief a bit." (paraphrased)

Ah. I am trying hard to think of who said SOMETHING about ninjas.. how "they can fight off ninjas now" from the "training". T___T

Maybe it was Jesse McCartney? I seem to recall that he said some stupid stuff about his martial arts training.

And then, as it should and Twilight normally see several suits at The Last Airbender.

What the heck does this even mean?

It is an example of yet another actor who should keep his mouth shut when he's off-screen.

I read this part about five times in an attempt to get some sense out of it, and the best that I can figure is that it's referring to the fact that both Twilight and the Last Airbender have/hope to have sequels.

IDK.

ON: In your opinion, are there any similarities between Twilight and The Last Airbender?

Rathbone: Yes

He better be referring to the film and not the series there. .__.

I don't even see similarities, other than the fact that he's in it. The Twilight movies are bleah, but don't suck as much as Failbender. And they're actually better than the source material. Failbender? YEAH, NO, there's a reason I call it Failbender.

i have to agree. people rag on the acting in "twilight," but it's still better than in TLA. bella ends up emotionally disabled much like soh-ka (jasper too, lol) but everyone else is decent. the dialogue makes sense. the plot (such that it is) flows. it's not laden with exposition.

"twilight" is an example of a bad story made into a mediocre movie. TLA is an example of a movie-maker literally doing every single thing wrong that he possibly could.

for the love of god. why do they keep saying they were fans of the original series? it's clear that either:
a.) they're not. or
b.) m. night shit enough money for them to not give a fuck about how they brutally murdered everything that was good in the cartoon for the movie.

Oh Hollywood~

Peltz and Rathbone down. I guess it's a matter of time until we hear from Ringer... I'm sure his interview will be SO MUCH BETTER. :|

I'm giving Nicola more of a pass though for her stupid comments, because she's still very young. I remember being kind of an oblivious idiot at her age, lol. Jackson, though, has no excuse.

i've already heard ringer claim to be a fan. supposedly he used to shave his head even before he got the role, and his friends would talk about how much he looked like aang.
