"Stuck Like Glue"

I recently watched the music video for Sugarland's "Stuck Like Glue" single, and found myself more and more disturbed as it went on. In the video, Jennifer Nettles (Sugarland) falls for a handsome man; she then employs a friend to help her kidnap him from his home, putting a hood over his head and his hands in handcuffs. It's reversing the gender roles...and given that film and music has made the glorification of violence against women so prevalent...but it's a tacky way to go about it. (imo)

Just watched it. By your description it could've been creepy, but the way it was executed was just so hokey and the male actor so terrible and the song so bubbly that it actually was kinda funny.

But I am of the camp that believes you can make anything funny.

Agreed, I am also of that camp. The video description is pretty creepy though, I haven't watched it myself.
