Bar-tailed Godwit "E7" continues to break records.

While working at Broome Bird Observatory, our main focus was migratory waders. The birds at Broome fly from Siberia to Australia and back every year. "Macrobenthic fauna"

i.e. small critters (but visible to the naked eye) that live in mud.

And now I need to do an entire article on the ridiculous macrobenthic diversity of Roebuck Bay - heck, at least I have plenty of photos for that one. :)
