Mystery sea creature

This odd, rather naughty-looking critter was 200 meters under the sea off the coast of Japan. It looks like something out of a Cronenberg movie - no one seems to have identified it yet. Any thoughts?

Looks like yer typical deep-sea creature. Possibly a member of the polycheate family? Or possibly the sea-cucumber/sea-urchin family.

Typical deep sea fare is fucked up looking and of unknown species, is what I mean. This is why I love the deep sea. XD Like 90% of the shit they find makes you go, 'HOLY SHIT THAT'S AN ANIMAL? FUCK DUDE. THAT'S FUCKING CRAZY. 8D I LOVE THE OCEAN SO HARD.'

That would be my immediate thought. The "underside" looks exactly like an anemone and the penis looks like a foot.
