He has been treated! His HPV is under control (sort of) and some sort of vitamin A therapy is helping to heal him.

Ooh has he? last I heard he was treated and then it kinda failed, or rather didn't fail but didn't help either.

I agree with the handsome comment.

Fortunately science has been making leaps and bounds to treat this. My boyfriend's research went into one of the treatments :D
