WHALE SHARK POOP

This is thought to be the first video catching a whale shark in "motion".

It is as thick as your arm and smells disgusting - and it has just been caught on camera for what is thought to be the first time.

Yes, eww, but it's science. Scientists sometimes have to deal with scary or disgusting things. That's life.
If those studies can help to understand more about the whale shark, and if they can help to protect it...
