Yeah, anyone who's watched all planet earth would have seen this, but it still cracked us up.

We're having a huge wtf moment over how the things manage to fall that far unharmed (yes, it's just a small light thing landing on a cushioned surface, but still). Plus they look ridiculous when bouncing.

The Mandarin Duck (Aix galericulata), or just Mandarin, is a medium-sized perching duck, closely related to the North American Wood Duck.

Wikipedia says yes!

They are so adorable. :3 You'd be surprised what sort of falls chicks can take and be ok. They have a much harder time reaching terminal velocity.
