I believe moderation started up again after whoever that was made 459085468 sockpuppet accounts and started posting kandi_panties' personal info in giant red text, but it was supposed to be temporary until all those accounts were sought out and banned or something.

wtf_inc is currently on moderation because of the inordinate influx of posts related to the LJ Advisory Board Election. It will go off moderation again once the election is over (which should be soon).
