A woman accused of "cyber-bullying" a 13-year-old girl who later committed suicide sees her conviction provisionally thrown out.

Perhaps they should have prosecuted under the premise that it is illegal for a grown woman to pursue a relationship with a minor (particularly when misrepresenting oneself as a minor boy.) Add the bitch to the sex offender registry, that seems fair. I don't think she should have been prosecuted for SAYING anything online, but rather for how she represented herself.

Cyber-bullying is a real and serious problem. There are laws against cyber-harassment, which should apply.
