Yeah, I cringe when any American says anything to the effect of "How dare you question whos in charge?!?". Hell, this country exists because a few guys decided to question who was in charge. Imagine where we would be if they just "did what they were told".

That's fucking ridiculous and really pisses me off.
I'VE GONE TO SCHOOL HERE FOR YEARS WITH A 3.9 GPA BUT NO I DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH GUYZ IT'S BEEN A JOKE!

I mean I understand why they want my boyfriend to prove he can speak English, (he moved here from Japan 2 years ago), and he has proven it. 70 units at a community college with a 3.6/3.7 GPA? Most people from the US can't do that.

I completely agree with her doing this, it is fucking demeaning. If someone had come up to me and gone, YOUR MOM ISN'T FROM THE US OBV YOU CAN'T SPEAK ENGLISH EITHER! Some people choose not to speak English at home is that so wrong? We have no official language, and if this girl has already proven herself the school needs to GTFO
