I think the girl who wears the same Monica's dress is Sophie Ellis Bextor, an english singer. The one who wears the same Tara's dress is probably Jamelia, a singer too.

ah so that's what they look like! I've heard their names before (multiple times) in the tabloids, but never had a face to connect it to :p
