Since someone was interested in the way I had made one of my NY icons, I decided to make a tutorial with a similar style. This is a two part tutorial.

hey umm, i'm kinda new in ps-ing. so i don't know how to add textures, can you teach me? thank you

What I do is pretty simple. I copy the image, and then I paste it (Ctrl+v) on the image in PS. Then you set it to whatever you want. In this case Color Dodge.
