Oh my Godric's Hollow!

Why, yes, I have been re-watching A Very Potter Musical rather than going to see Deathly Hallows in the cinema - anyone who hasn't seen this masterpiece, do it now. If it's of any interest to anyone Darren Criss who plays Harry is the very same Darren Criss who has apparated into Glee as the one who is comfortable with his sexuality and wears a ( Read more... )

Ahah, I knew you were going to be frustrated because Leon was not in the tournament (BTW I made up the same kind of excuse to explain he was missing, that it was too barbaric and he didn't need to show off because everybody knows he is so awesome already). I can't wait to have him in the next episode, he looks brave and all knighty and basically great!
I like to think that he will be great friend with Gawain, but maybe Gawain will have a little grudge since Leon arrested him (and therefore got him banished). But I do hope too that Gawain and Lancelot are not going to be to friendly (after all Gawain did hit on Gwen, Lancelot have to be jealous a bit).
Anyway, I was wondering what does "A petit peu du une meme" mean? It look like French, but I don't understand what you were trying to say.
I've been reading a bit of facebookelot but I didn't knew you were Leon, that's brilliant!

Ah, you caught me out, it was french but heavily bastardized and anglified, that poor language. I met it as in "a little bit of a meme" ... yeah. Can't say my language lessons were ever a HUGE success ( ... )

Ok, so you want your entry to say "Un petit peu de meme". I'm not sure what "meme" means so I can't translate it (not even sure there is a translation). I gave up on French fanfiction vocabulary a long time ago so... But don't worry, my French is not that good either (witch is a shame since I'm French!) but it's ridiculously complicated anyway ( ... )

merci beaucoup - meme is one of those stupid internet words that doesn't really mean what it started of meaning anymore - anyway you pronounce it so it rhymes with cream!

I was so upset when I thought he'd been burnt I spent ages just insisting that he's fine, fine, yes, just a little scorched, nothing to worry about la la la
I think Gwaine and Leon might just be too stunning not to be together - I want them to have lots of screen time - see below if you want a really good rant about Lancelot!!

Don't worry about the over excitement - you'll see it in pretty much ALL of my entries!
And I'm only getting the normal notifications so don't worry about that either :D

Can Gwaine please by all pissy with Lancelot?

I agree. Completely. With everything. Add to that Eoin's Epic Bitchface - look at it! LOOK. IN ALL THOSE PHOTOS HE'S LIKE 'UGH, WHY AM I EVEN HERE THIS IS A WASTE OF MY TIME' PISSY FACED AND IT IS GLORIOUS. Smile, Gwaine, you're surrounded by hump day hotties. And Lanc -- oh, right, Lancelot. That's why the face. I'd be the same, bro, I'd be the same. Only maybe with more crotch kicking and name calling, but I'm a girl and can get away with that, right? Right.

More seriously, though - I think initially Gwaine would be distrusting of Leon, but only because he's a noble, and you know how Gwaine is with nobles. Then Leon will BE LEON and all that that entails, maybe save Gwen or Merlin or both from something - spiders, puddles in the road, certain death, whatever - and Gwaine will be like 'Oh! Oh I see! You and I, mate, we have the same priorities - let's be friends!' and he'll offer him a tiny purple flower and Leon will wear it in his hair and they'll skip everywhere together and Elyan ( ... )

Ha! Your comment might just become my new philosophy on life - or, you know, on Merlin, shouldn't get to carried away ( ... )

You may as well ask why so many people love Twilight - to me, they're on par. Lancelot and Edward Cullen are the same person. Lancelot is a late addition to the Arthurian legend, by a frenchman, designed to add a little extra sexual intrigue to the story and make it more commercial among audiences of the day. He wasn't in the original story, nor the one told to me that formed my head!canon (which I am never, ever giving up), so when I did learn about him not only did he feel like an imposter, but he was a horrible hypocrite and betrayed the people I cared about most. Tiny!Me wanted his head on a pike.

I'm not a Clive Owen fan either, but he played Arthur, so I felt I owed him some small measure of loyalty. Even if he was all wrong and everything about that entire film was all wrong and I got so furiously angry with its wrongness that the girl I went to see it with laughed at me till she choked on her popcorn ( ... )

That is it - Lancelot is a bloody IMPOSTER! Arthurian legend doesn't need to be improved by sparkling-Edward-Cullen types (watch me ignore the fact that the Merlin writers made Leon up....)

I am also ANGRY with that film, but also sort of can't help watching it - it's called KING ARTHUR it has my attention.

Their brolationship is epic and I would like to read their letters and see Leon being a total girl about it :)

It's actually called The Rise and Fall of the Broman Empire, I got it wrong - but still it's great and has nothing to do with Ancient Rome! And there is some sadness but it has a hopeful resolution!

I don't think I'm going to be able to watch the last series either - or I will, but I'll just sob through the whole thing.
Is it just me or does it seem to be hurtling towards the end? It scares and saddens me :(
