Because there isn't any reason to hide it. Neku has been removed from Econtra, and he was the main call for the coverup in the first place. With the cuffs off, my power may be of some use sooner or later. It's better they find out now then then.

I didn't screw anyone over. What I did was prevent an alternative happening back home, which is something you should be on your knees thanking me for if you value the life I let you have.
