He watched her go in, her white streak visible despite her hood. It had taken her three weeks to show everyone just how weak and undeserving he had always known she was.
He waited four hours before she came back out. It was worth it to rub her face in it. She didn't see him fall into step beside her. He could almost feel her tense as she glance at him. "Looks like I was right the whole time. I am better than you."
Her voice never changed. "Looks like you win this time John. I still got Bobby, though."
