In the spirit of the season, and in an act of blatant plagiarism, having seen lslaw and blane_firewing doing this very thing, I am opening up writing_shadows to the second annual winter gifting fic-fest

I will happily write stories for any PC I know or have properly interacted with. I'll try and make them at least 500 words, and I think I probably want to make them positive in nature as it seems thematically appropriate, although if you really want a bleak 1000 word epic on why I hate your PC, I will totally do that too. But I will default to nice, and I will default to a seasonal theme.

As I think is probably apparent, I will write a fic or a poem or a song if people want them; just give me a character and a genre and anything particular you'd like to see.

I will happily write short fiction (or a drabble-- that being 100 words; exactly) for anyone who's characters I already know. As a special treat, I offer Crossover/Alternate Universe/Christmas and romantic pairings as things I'll write about. ^_^

If you can give me a crossover fic with a non-canon romantic pairing featuring any of my PCs, past or present (I think Venice and Rosie are the only two you've met anyway) I will love it no matter how short it is.

Although obviously I can't write anything in the current IoD universe, I'm happy to write fic for other universes, or indeed for characters from back in the Good Old Days of Forsaken, back when I was playing Cailleach.

I can do:

Poems
Short stories (though they will be short)
Written song montages (only for things I'm really, really familiar with)
Short atmospheric snippets
Anything else you've seen me write that sounds interesting.
