albichorizon. (I hope you don't mind, since they're not used last week ^^;;) I'll provide additional alternate prompts on Monday if participation's low :-3
Sorry for the lateness, I was distracted by Lex Luthor in a black skimpy swimsuit I was at a birthday party with no Internet connection.

Are you going to be around during the holidays?

I love the tone you're setting here.
Have you seen that new film about Jane Austen's life? I can't think of the title, but I so want to see it.
I think that Mr. Bean will appeal to my son's a bit more strongly, however.

Anyway, thanks again for your hard work putting together the game! :-D

So far we have uhh...let's see...
I made 2 boards but the first one was only a trial board.
somigliana made us 3 boards, IIRC: star board, snake board, charmed board.
albichorizon made 1 board.
So actually we currently only have 5 boards in rotation (although the mods have their favorites).
somigliana is working on a Christmas board, and benebu is also working on a new board.
At first, we were thinking of whittling it down to 3-4 regular boards, and then just polling the members every week on what board they want to use for that week.
We might be getting a new mod on board, so I'll have to consult her too :-)
Thank you so much for your suggestion! There will be a poll soon-ish to gauge members' preference, probably later today :-)

(Beware my poor attempt at Austen-esque prose!)

I write with the happiest of news! Edward has come to Barton Cottage! Even better, he entered our house not, as we expected, the husband of Miss Lucy Steele. Upon hearing the report of her heart’s release, Elinor was so overcome with joy that she ran from the room in tears. And Edward - dear unattached Edward! - had such a look of hope on his face that I, too, nearly wept. However, I checked my tears and behaved with such decorum that even Elinor, had she managed to remain in the room, would have approved. I do think Mamma was unsettled by the exchange in roles; she is not used to seeing her sensible Elinor express such emotion while her romantic Marianne observes the scene with tranquility. I hope Mamma does not mistake my calm demeanor for a cold heart. I am overjoyed, and we all hold great hope that tomorrow Edward will return to make my sister the happiest of women.
