Uhhhh so like, medieval Japan with zero research on any facts at all? Basically just imagine something like Ikemen Sengoku and this, and you've got the visuals. Also prepare your toothbrush because it's gonna be sappy near the end.

...I just wrote a long comment and LJ decided once again to delete it ;;;; F*ck I hate this platform sometimes.
But I just want to say that you really tried approaching a new kind of writing style and I LIKE IT. It really really fits shiritori like this and OKAY I ADMIT that I'm very easy and this is exactly the kind of writing style that hits me somewhere deep but I can't help it!!!! WELL DONE ANYWAY.
This whole thing was just so... real. Like Kochi as a character felt so REAL, all his thoughts and ahhhhhhh :(((( And I felt like I had tears in my eyes when I kept reading this. And OF COUUUUUURSE I'm the easy one who gets touched by things like how Kochi just wanted to be with Hokuto. MY HEARTTTTT ;;; We keep flailig over these same things every other day on WA but THAT one still really hit me.
AND OF COURSE I knew you ___wouldn't kill him, wouldn't kill anyone, but it didn't make it any less touching when Juri and Hokuto found him!!!!
