The steady beep of time clicked over filtering through him telling him as each second passed thudding through bone and vein as it slowly inevitably drew near the end. He tried to chase the ending away but he wasn’t strong enough no one was strong enough. Not Dad, not mom not even god himself could stop the inevitable ending that he was now faced
