Hello everybody!

I'm very pleased to announce that, thanks to gillo, we have a date for our 2016 meeting.

WriterConUK 2016 will take place on Sept 16-18 at the Ramada in Coventry.We're still working out the membership cost but, at the moment, it looks like it will be similar to last year. Watch out for the sign-up post

I'd like to launch a banner challenge 'Ten Years of Fandom'. The winning banner will feature on the website sign-up page.

Pat, I need know the banner size in pixels, so I can give people a size to work to, and also tell them how to submit their entries -- is it OK for you if they just post the image in a comment?

800 x 258 pixels (equivalent ration, I can always resize larger images)

Yay!!!! I'm happy to do the quiz and can organise the design and printing of the programme if you'd like me to. :)

How much time do you need to design and print the programme (ie what's our deadline for the content?)

I usually get the content about 10 days before and Mr Cee prints the programmes for us at work. However he only needs a couple of days to print so edits can happen really near to the printing day.
