Arrival Time

What time were people thinking of arriving in Coventry?

I thought I'd get there early afternoon and go up to have a look at Holy Trinity Church which sounds interesting (if you're into Perpendicular and 15th century dooms...) and the old cathedral. Dunno if anyone would care to join me.

Don't miss the excavated remnants of the other old cathedral, not far away - and if St Mary's Guildhall is open (across the lane from the old cathedral) it's well worth a look - beautiful late mediaeval guildhall in near-perfect condition.

Thanks. I thought you were maybe doing a tour of the excavations so I wouldn't want to tread on your territory if that is going ahead.

There's not a huge amount to see - it would be a three-minute tour at best. If I do a Cov-based tour it will include Holy Trinity and the Cathedral.

Tentative plans say I should be there just after 4pm. I can't wait!

My train comes in 12.30 then I'll grab a lunch in the bar or somewhere and head out - it would be great if you wanted to come too.
