Well this is my theory:
a)the next day, Rorschach's journal is published, and Walter decides to leave Dan in order to protect him and whatnot. Dan panics, Veidt gets angry and chases them down.

But yeah, I liked this chapter. The love-making is especially nice to read ;)

LDKSJFALSKDFJ That made me cry ;___; That...that was so unbearably sad at the end, the who love and hugging just...was so sweet and tender, but it made me cry at the very end.
