LOL. I'll let you figure out which line got me laughing (well, laughing more than the other ones).
Interesting how men and women seem to have such different perceptions, thought processes, and expectations. I wonder if that is mostly societal or biological?
ah the nature vs nurture debate...writer_gal_007December 1 2009, 17:51:07 UTC
let's not start this one. socio V. bio will take a few posts to sort out, and I don't really feel like getting into it. :P But Margaret Mead's anthropological studies will give you a good start, if you're serious about the question.
iii) I have heard this one from teachers. That may sound strange, but my school gets a little weird sometimes. :) Also I believe I heard it from Seinfeld. Ah, the joys of adult-oriented television.
My ex-boyfriend always told me he liked it when girls didn't wear that much makeup. That being said, he's a complete whore outside of relationships and will grab any ass that's shaken in his general direction, sooo. Yeah. Not sure what to believe there.
Yea... no offence, but your school _does_ get a little weird... at least it's educating you, in some respects. :P Man, if my teachers had talked about shower sex when I was in HS, I'd have been majorly creeped out... >< I believe I missed that Seinfeld episode... likely bc I don't watch much Seinfeld. More of a Frasier girl myself. :) Your ex sounds like a jerkface/asshat/scumbag. We will not use him for any sort of impressions on the male gender, k? Bc he's obviously not worthy. :P I get the impression though that most guys say they don't like makeup but what they actually mean is that they don't like makeup that is obvious and whorish... bc I wear makeup sometimes and they can't tell the diff. So I think you're in the clear, whatever your makeup preferences are. And it depends on the man too, right? Some guys will like it more than others. I was just under the impression that girls with faces that look pretty but fake were appealing to men- kinda wrong on that one. That's all.
Haha, I think it might've been my health teacher, randomly. She was dispelling myths about sex and she was like "I'm going to frank, ladies - the movies aren't always right. Shower sex? Sex in cars? Awkward. Doesn't work. Don't even think about it." It does get a little weird but the teachers don't say it in a creepy, "hey I'm seventy and I want to rape you!" way.

Lmao yeah. He's... a confusing mix of trustworthy/worth listening to and complete idiot.
