i know, i've messed up.
fuck i know i've fucked up so badly fuck fuck fuck

i'm not the same person who left a few weeks ago.
i've not seen a therapist in almost 2 months.
i've been skipping my meds and chain smoking.

i'm so sick now. so incredibly sick and i'm not getting better.

i only care about myself.
forget about me.
