For the candids, Is it okay to use the wrestle-mania dairy photos.

If you mean the diary photos then no. lol Most websites/fansites have a gallery section for candids & I have included examples above. :)

Even when their not posing, Like I found one where Cm Punk is waiting in a hotel lobby and another where he's carrying his bags and stuff in the hotel. Those are all from the wrestlemania diaries, That's why I asked. I still can't use them?.

For the 'tv capture', are fan photos alright or what kind of caps it means?

Fan photos would be great for the candid set.

Caps are taken from the tv shows/videos etc. An excellent place to fine them is here at wrestling_caps :)
