Ribbon ideas for Arisia 2013

The theme this year is "Character strength in the face of chaos".  I usually tie my personal ribbon to the theme, but this one has me stumped.  The only idea I have is to do 'expendable' ribbons, but that is in reference to a book of the same title that I'm not sure is widely known.  Suggestions welcome

"Redshirt"? Similar in theme to "Expendable" but referencing a somewhat more widely known book. ;-)

Hmmmm, red shirt doesn't imply strength of character in adversity though, while expendable as it is portrayed in that particular novel does. I'm leaning toward "No matter where you go..."

Only things that come to mind are "Epic Organizer" or "Go Up A Level". Of course, there could be all sorts of silly reasons why people go up a level,, and a blank space where you can write something in might work.
