A Livejournal cut would look like this: [lj-cut text="PUT THE CUT TITLE HERE"]STUFF BEHIND THE CUT HERE[/lj-cut], though you'll need to replace the bracets ("[" and "]") with greater and less than signs ("<" and ">").
