In direct relation to the post i've been thinking that maybe the Forum forgot an important element of the democratic process... namely... that the Forum is above all arms of governance: legislative, judicial and executive. It gave birth to them... it's the perfect place for the fast resolution of pertinent issues... creative and less biased. I'd go further and say that all arms should convene in the presence of the Forum. The Forum will then synthesize a holistic representative response to their issues. Would be cool, no? The President as the Chair of the Forum, the final say, not the bloody executive. With checks and balances, of course.
