Wal-mart people freak me out too. And yet I still go there myself sometimes, though I try to avoid it. Talk about shame.

You ARE strong, unique and talented! You have every right to feel good about yourself. 'Course it's easy to say good things about yourself and tougher to keep believing at times, when other shite gets in the way.

i found ground turkey at save-a-lot for .99 a lb. it comes in one lb roll thingers. super cheap and great for dog food.
again, completely off topic, but i thought id pass it on. :)

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind! I rarely save-a-lot as much as I should anymore. When my money was really tight the save-a-lot was a habit every two weeks. It really would be the best dog food stop...

Interesting you picked this post to say this. It was interesting to me reading it again and feeling that head space! I remember the things that made me write that.
